If you’re not completely satisfied with AirOut within 90 days of your purchase, we’ll refund every dollar you spent with us – including shipping.

What’s covered

  • All AirOut products purchased directly from our website (including free trial orders where you paid only shipping, and any paid bottles, bundles, or refills).

What you get back

  • 100% of the product price you paid, plus your original shipping cost.

No returns required

  • You do not need to send used bottles back to us.

How to claim

  • Email us at chris@airout.ca with your name, order number, and a short note saying it didn’t work for you.
  • Once approved, we’ll refund your order to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven’t seen it, contact us at chris@airout.ca.

2-Year Sprayer & Product Warranty

Every AirOut bottle also comes with a 2-year sprayer and product warranty.

What’s covered

  • Sprayers that stop working, or fail in normal use within 2 years of purchase.
  • Product that appears to stop performing the way it should within 2 years of purchase.

How to claim

  • Email us at chris@airout.ca with your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible.
  • If the issue is covered, we’ll send you a replacement. You do not need to return the old bottle.

Damages and Issues on Arrival

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at chris@airout.ca with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from airout.ca. If you bought AirOut from a retailer, please contact them about their refund policy.

Fair Use

Our guarantees are designed to let new customers try AirOut with confidence. To keep things fair for everyone, we may limit repeated refund or warranty requests from the same customer or household.
